New version 129 uploaded

What's new:

1. Sebastian: text misaligned in OptionUpload Email tab. Fixed.
2. Sebastian: S*E freezes during upload. Oops. Fixed. Pausing made more responsive.
3. Sebastian: move BW cap control to the toolbar. Done.
   Note: you can change it even during the upload, but it will take effect only upon the next image.
4. BW cap now applies to upload only.
5. Few minor UI fixes.
